Which means once an order is placed and reviewed, the specific order and designs you have chosen will be made on the spot and the shipping process will began. Because we want all our customers 100% satisfied, all items will be inspected thoroughly prior to shipping. This will guarantee both a happy and returning customer. If there is a mistake in an order you have placed, we will be happy to refund the full amount paid prior to the item being processed. All unopened packaging may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. A full refund will be applied to the card on file once the item has been received and inspected.
